Our residency is a home in the storied industrial core of Detroit for our venture-backed critical tech startups and others via application (below) and private invite.

Our backed startups can stay as long they want and can come back anytime. Guests can stay for as long as we have space. We're ultra-selective and typically only house 10 teams (or ~20 founders) at a time.
